An awesome kid in the salon just came in with his mom (also awesome). He walks right up to my desk, introduces himself as Malachi, cocks his head to the side and asks me, “Are you from Super Mario Brothers?”
I only wish I could be so cool.
I love The South.
Someone passing me on the street just nodded at me and said “howdy.” And meant it. Thank God I’m a country girl.
